Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and milk to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Crumble cooled cookies in a large mixing bowl and mix with frosting until cohesive.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
  • Let the chocolate set before serving, or refrigerate for faster setting.
