Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  • In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spread the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, shaping it into a large round pizza.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then add toppings.
  • Slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to three months.
