Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, shaping it into a large round pizza.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then add toppings.
Slice into wedges and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to three months.
