Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  • Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Incorporate cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.
  • Add a pinch of salt and stir to distribute evenly.
  • Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and gently press them in.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares or rectangles.
