Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Add a pinch of salt and stir to distribute evenly.
Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly into an even layer.
