  • 200 grams Chocolate (Dark or Milk) Melted to coat the truffles.
  • 50 grams Cocoa Powder For dusting the truffles.
  • Optional Toppings Crushed Biscoff cookies or chopped nuts.

Instructions
 

  • Start by crushing the Biscoff cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  • Pour the heated cream over the crushed Biscoff cookies and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, approximately the size of a walnut, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
  • Return the coated truffles to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set.
  • Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies before the chocolate sets.
  • Transfer the truffles to an airtight container for storage. They can be enjoyed immediately or kept for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
