Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth with some lumps.
Add honey or maple syrup to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Incorporate almond butter or peanut butter into the banana mixture until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the sheet.
Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
