Ingredients
  

Mixed Nuts

  • 2 cups Mixed Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) Chopped roughly for texture.

Dark Chocolate

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips High-quality for best flavor.

Sweeteners

  • 1/2 cup Honey Acts as a natural sweetener and binder.
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Creamy for richness.

Oats

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats Provides a hearty base.

Sea Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Sprinkled on top before baking.

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional but recommended for flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts.
  • Add the dark chocolate chips to the bowl with the nuts.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together honey and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add the honey and peanut butter mixture to the bowl with the nuts and chocolate.
  • Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir well.
  • Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt and stir again.
  • If using, add vanilla extract and fold it into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
  • Sprinkle extra sea salt on top before baking.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and center is firm.
  • Let cool completely in the pan for about 30 minutes.
  • Lift the parchment paper to remove the bars and cut into desired sizes.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy as a snack or breakfast!

Notes

For variations, try different nuts, add dried fruits, or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
