Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until the mixture resembles wet sand.
2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish or silicone molds to form an even layer.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
4. Add sour cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
7. Mix in cotton candy flavoring and food coloring until evenly distributed.
8. Spoon the filling onto the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
10. Cut into bite-sized pieces or pop out of molds and serve chilled.
