  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped until stiff peaks form.

  • a few drops Food Coloring Pink or blue for visual appeal.
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs For the crust.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted.
  • a pinch Salt To enhance flavor.

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • 2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish or silicone molds to form an even layer.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • 4. Add sour cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
  • 5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • 7. Mix in cotton candy flavoring and food coloring until evenly distributed.
  • 8. Spoon the filling onto the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • 9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  • 10. Cut into bite-sized pieces or pop out of molds and serve chilled.
