Instructions

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
For frosting, beat softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar and strawberry puree until fluffy.
Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish with fresh strawberries.
