Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until mixed.
  • Add melted butter and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  • Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly firm.
  • In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the fudge mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts over the fudge and press gently.
  • Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes until set.
  • Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Lift bars out using parchment, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
