Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk until mixed.
Add melted butter and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly firm.
In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. Stir until smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the fudge and press gently.
Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes until set.
Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Lift bars out using parchment, cut into squares, and serve.
