  • 1 medium Apple Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, diced.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Enhances flavor profile.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Sweetens the apple mixture.
  • 2 tablespoons Caramel Sauce Drizzle over the top.
  • 1/4 cup Granola For added crunch.
  • 2 tablespoons Whipped Cream Optional topping.

Instructions
 

  • Core and peel the apple, then dice it into small cubes. Place the diced apples in a small bowl.
  • Add the ground cinnamon and brown sugar to the bowl with the diced apples. Stir well to coat each piece of apple evenly.
  • If desired, microwave the apple mixture for about 30 seconds to soften the apples slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, measure out your yogurt. Whisk if you prefer a lighter texture.
  • Layer half of the yogurt into a serving bowl, followed by half of the apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, apple mixture, and caramel sauce.
  • Top with granola and whipped cream if desired. Garnish with additional cinnamon or apple slices.
