Instructions
Core and peel the apple, then dice it into small cubes. Place the diced apples in a small bowl.
Add the ground cinnamon and brown sugar to the bowl with the diced apples. Stir well to coat each piece of apple evenly.
If desired, microwave the apple mixture for about 30 seconds to soften the apples slightly.
In a separate bowl, measure out your yogurt. Whisk if you prefer a lighter texture.
Layer half of the yogurt into a serving bowl, followed by half of the apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, apple mixture, and caramel sauce.
Top with granola and whipped cream if desired. Garnish with additional cinnamon or apple slices.
