Instructions
Gather all ingredients: 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 4-6 cloves of fresh garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
Peel and mince the garlic cloves finely.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy.
Add the minced garlic to the creamed butter and mix thoroughly.
Add 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning and mix well.
Chop the fresh parsley and add it to the mixture.
Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix until well incorporated.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting as necessary.
Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap, form into a log shape, and roll tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and butter to firm up.
Once chilled, slice off rounds as needed for serving.
