Ingredients
  

Butter

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened to room temperature.

Garlic

  • 4-6 cloves Garlic Cloves Minced finely.

Cajun Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Adjust according to heat preference.

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Lemon

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients: 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 4-6 cloves of fresh garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves finely.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add the minced garlic to the creamed butter and mix thoroughly.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  • Chop the fresh parsley and add it to the mixture.
  • Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix until well incorporated.
  • Season with black pepper and salt to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  • Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap, form into a log shape, and roll tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and butter to firm up.
  • Once chilled, slice off rounds as needed for serving.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
