  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions For garnish and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For drizzling or serving on the side.
  • 1/4 cup Sliced jalapeños For added heat.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For sautéing the chicken.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest, then shred it using two forks.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and stir well.
  • Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the chips.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and sliced jalapeños.
  • Drizzle sour cream over the nachos or serve it on the side.
