Instructions
Cook the chicken breast by boiling in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Mix well.
Chop green onions and fold them into the buffalo chicken mixture.
Assemble the egg rolls by placing 2 tablespoons of the mixture on an egg roll wrapper and rolling tightly.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Alternatively, bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
Let the egg rolls cool slightly before serving with ranch dressing.
Notes
