Instructions
 

  • 1. Warm 1 cup of milk in a saucepan until just warm, sprinkle yeast over it, and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Whisk together.
  • 3. Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients, mix until dough starts to come together.
  • 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • 5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • 6. Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and mashed bananas in a bowl.
  • 7. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the banana filling evenly over it.
  • 8. Roll the dough tightly from one edge, seal the seam, and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  • 9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • 10. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • 11. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with water until smooth.
  • 12. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
