Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or melted butter.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine diced apples, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Toss until well coated.
Layer half of the quartered cinnamon rolls in the baking dish, followed by the apple mixture, and then top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
In a medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with vanilla frosting.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
