Ingredients
  

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 cans Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls (16.5 oz each) Provides the base for the casserole.

Apple Filling

  • 3 cups Peeled and Diced Apples Preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar For sweetening the apple filling.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon To sprinkle over the apple mixture.
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted Adds richness and moisture.

Crisp Topping

  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats For a hearty texture.
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar For the topping.
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour For the crisp topping.

Frosting

  • 1 package Vanilla Frosting To drizzle over the casserole after baking.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or melted butter.
  • Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine diced apples, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Toss until well coated.
  • Layer half of the quartered cinnamon rolls in the baking dish, followed by the apple mixture, and then top with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with vanilla frosting.
  • Cut into squares and serve warm.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
