Instructions
Begin by preparing the shrimp. If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are completely thawed. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, tossing well to coat.
Add minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to the shrimp mixture. Mix thoroughly and let sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Once cooked, remove the shrimp and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges or parsley if desired.
Serve immediately while hot, either on their own or with your favorite sides.
