Instructions
 

  • Prepare your slow cooker by greasing the inside with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Gradually fold in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, reserving a small handful for topping.
  • Gently mix in the pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased crock pot, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 2-3 hours or on high for 1-1.5 hours.
  • If around, stir the dip every 30 minutes.
  • About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the reserved cheeses on top and cover again.
  • Once melted and bubbly, garnish with chopped green onions and serve with dippers.
