Prepare your slow cooker by greasing the inside with cooking spray or olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Gradually fold in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, reserving a small handful for topping.
Gently mix in the pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives.
Pour the mixture into the greased crock pot, spreading it evenly.
Cover and cook on low for about 2-3 hours or on high for 1-1.5 hours.
If around, stir the dip every 30 minutes.
About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the reserved cheeses on top and cover again.
