Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
In a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle or spray the tops of the chicken tenders with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
