Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  • In a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle or spray the tops of the chicken tenders with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken tenders cool slightly before serving.
