Instructions
Drain the pickle slices thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a shallow bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until evenly mixed.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
Dip a pickle slice into the seasoned flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.
Repeat the coating process with the remaining pickle slices.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the coated pickles in a single layer.
Cook the pickles for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
