Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain, reserving about a cup of pasta water.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
5. Gradually add white cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
6. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring it's well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
