  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 cups White Cheddar Cheese Freshly grated for the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a luscious, velvety sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For sautéing the chicken.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced for aromatic flavor.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain, reserving about a cup of pasta water.
  • 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Gradually add white cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 6. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring it's well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition. You can also use different types of cheese for variation.
