  • 1 cup Sour Cream Regular or low-fat.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Sharp cheddar recommended.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • Finely chop the jalapenos, removing seeds for a milder dip.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add the sour cream and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add garlic powder, lime juice, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
