Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess fat from the skillet.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef, stirring for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, pour in ranch dressing, and stir to combine. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Drain pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the ranch beef mixture.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
