Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  • Step 4: Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook according to package instructions, about 2 to 4 minutes, until they float.
  • Step 5: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir gently to combine. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  • Step 6: Garnish with chopped green onions and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
