  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 pound Gnocchi Store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil For sautéing the chicken.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth For the sauce base.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For creaminess.
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Adds color and nutrition.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for topping.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper Freshly cracked, to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to release browned bits, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add gnocchi and cook for 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface.
  • Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
