Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken mixture, and Alfredo sauce. Stir gently until well coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
This dish can be customized with vegetables or different cheeses. It also stores well for leftovers.
