- 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips or chunks
- 4 oz linguine cooked al dente
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp dried basil
- 0.125 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Pour over hot linguine and toss to coat.
