Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 3. Add minced garlic and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the shell pasta and stir to submerge.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  • 6. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring gently.
  • 7. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and evenly distributed.
  • 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9. Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  • 10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
