Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until evenly distributed.
Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
Spread barbecue sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cheese-topped patty on top, add an onion ring and a slice of pickle.
