Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and milk. Whisk until smooth.

  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Continue with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
