  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the fresh spinach into small pieces.
  • Drain and chop the canned artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  • Add grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture and stir well.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Gently fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Stir the dip before serving with dippers like tortilla chips, sliced vegetables, or crackers.
