  • In your food processor, combine the garlic clove, dill pickle, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey jack, pimentos, black pepper, and hot sauce. Make sure all the ingredients are well-prepped. The minced pickle and garlic should be finely chopped to ensure even distribution.
  • Pulse the mixture until just combined. Don’t overdo it; you want to maintain some texture. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides. This will help mix everything evenly and will prevent any clumping.
  • Once you have a well-mixed blend, taste the mixture. This is the perfect moment to add more hot sauce if you love a bit more spice. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
