Instructions

  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Mix in the blue food coloring until evenly distributed.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the white and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
