Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk until blended.
In a separate bowl, heat milk until warm. Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.
Pour yeast mixture into dry ingredients, add melted butter, and mix until dough forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Punch down dough, roll out into a rectangle, spread butter, sprinkle sugar and cocoa, then roll tightly.
Cut log into 12 pieces, arrange in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
For frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth, add pureed strawberries, then gradually mix in powdered sugar.
Once rolls are cooled, spread frosting generously over the top and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
