- 8 ounces semisweet Baker’s chocolate coarsely chopped

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the 8 ounces semisweet Baker’s chocolate in the microwave on high. Start with 1 minute, then stir. If not melted, continue heating in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
Dip the mini pretzels into the melted chocolate using a fork. Tap the fork on the bowl’s side to shake off excess chocolate.
Place each dipped pretzel on the lined baking sheet and sprinkle with desired toppings.
Repeat steps with remaining pretzels.
Once all pretzels are coated, refrigerate for about 15 minutes until chocolate hardens and sets.
