Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the chipotle ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  • Warm the flour tortillas on the grill or in the microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble the burrito by laying a tortilla flat and adding lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, jalapeños, and sliced chicken.
  • Add avocado and cilantro, then wrap the burrito tightly.
  • Optionally, grill the assembled burritos for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Slice each burrito in half and serve immediately, garnished with cilantro.
