Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cool water.

5. Portion out the dough and roll into balls.
6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
7. Enjoy chilled or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
