Begin by prepping your ingredients. Place the romaine lettuce and the spring greens on a large cutting board. Chop them into small, bite-sized pieces. This makes the wrap easier to eat and ensures you get a bit of everything in each bite.
Next, take your cooked chicken and chop it into similar bite-sized pieces. You want it to blend well with the greens and other ingredients.
Now, grab some cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Their sweetness will balance the savory elements of the wrap beautifully.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, spring greens, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. This is where the magic begins!
Add in your desired amount of Caesar salad dressing. I personally recommend starting with around two tablespoons for the full batch. Toss everything together gently to combine all those fresh flavors.
If you feel like it needs more dressing or perhaps a sprinkle of extra parmesan cheese, go ahead and add that now. A drizzle of lemon juice can also brighten the flavors even more!
Now, take a large plate and lay a flour tortilla flat on it. Load the center of the tortilla with half of the salad mixture.
Begin to fold the tortilla. Start by folding in the bottom of the tortilla, then the sides, similar to how you would fold a burrito. This will create a tightly packed wrap.
Do the same with the second tortilla and the remaining salad mixture. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Caesar Wrap immediately, or wrap it up for later!
