Ingredients
  

Tortillas

  • 4 large Flour Tortillas 10-inch size

Cheese Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef or Shredded Chicken seasoned with taco spices
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning 1 ounce
  • 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers mix of colors
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes fresh
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream optional, for dipping

Garnishes

  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning. Allow to cool.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  • 3. Add cooked beef, diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
  • 4. Spread the filling evenly on a tortilla, leaving half an inch from the edges.
  • 5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  • 6. Slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • 7. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Chill if desired before serving.
  • 8. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for dipping.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
