Sausage

  • 1 pound Halal Sausage Crumbled or sliced.

Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a rich and creamy sauce.

Cheese

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Use freshly shredded for best melting results.

Garlic

Onion

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

Garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  • 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and simmer gently.
  • 5. Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and integrated into the sauce.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
  • 8. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta cooking water to achieve desired consistency.
  • 9. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
