Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
Add thinly sliced beef to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and combined.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into strips approximately 3 inches wide and 6 inches long.
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough strip. Fold sides over filling and pinch edges to seal.
Place stuffed breadsticks seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with olive oil.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
