Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 ounces Spaghetti Choose high-quality pasta for the best texture.

Garlic

  • 4-5 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced finely to release flavor.

Cheese

  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.

Butter

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Helps bind the sauce together.

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Enhances flavor and helps sauté garlic.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt Add to taste.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked for flavor.

Garnish

  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted.
  • 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • 4. Remove skillet from heat to avoid burning the garlic.
  • 5. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain spaghetti in a colander.
  • 6. Add drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss in the garlic oil mixture.
  • 7. Gradually add Parmesan cheese while tossing the spaghetti until creamy. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  • 8. Season with salt and black pepper, tossing to combine.
  • 9. Add remaining butter and parsley, tossing until butter melts.
  • 10. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
