  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough This is the base of the rolls and provides the flaky, buttery texture.

Filling

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Adds a gooey, cheesy center.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds sharpness and depth of flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Delivers a pungent and robust flavor.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Enriches the rolls and adds color when baked.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) Adds a pop of color and freshness.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the cheese and garlic filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll each triangle from the wide end to the pointed tip, tucking the filling inside.
  • Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can also be reheated later.
