Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  • Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the French bread.
  • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the garlic buttered bread.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  • If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the cheese.
  • Place the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
