Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the rolls and add any additional toppings.
Melt some butter and brush it over the top of the rolls.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes.
