Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2. Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry.
  • 3. Spread a thin layer of fruit preserves in the center of the pastry.
  • 4. Place the brie cheese on top of the preserves and add nuts or herbs if desired.
  • 5. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges.
  • 6. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg.
