Instructions
 

  • 1. Allow the steak to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • 2. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  • 3. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of the steak, pressing it in.
  • 5. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  • 6. Place the steak in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving it.
  • 7. Flip the steak and cook for another 4-5 minutes, adjusting for doneness.
  • 8. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, chopped herbs, and lemon juice.
  • 9. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • 10. Slice the steak against the grain and drizzle with Cajun Cowboy Butter before serving.

Notes
