  • 2-4 pieces Naan Bread Use as many as needed for the number of pizzas.

Cooked Chicken

  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced, rotisserie chicken works well.

BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Choose your favorite brand or homemade version.

Shredded Cheese

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend.

Red Onion

  • 1 small Red Onion Thinly sliced.

Fresh Cilantro

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped.

Jalapeños

  • 1/2 Jalapeños Thinly sliced, optional for heat.

Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling.

Salt and Pepper

  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • 2. Shred or dice the cooked chicken and mix it with the BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  • 3. Place naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • 4. Spread BBQ sauce on each naan, leaving a small border.
  • 5. Distribute the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the naan.
  • 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  • 7. Add sliced red onion and jalapeños if using.
  • 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and naan is crispy.
  • 9. Garnish with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
