Skewers

  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
  • Step 3: Add chicken cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 4: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using them.
  • Step 5: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Step 6: Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  • Step 7: Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Step 8: While grilling, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing chili sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a bowl.
  • Step 9: Once grilled, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the skewers and toss gently to coat.
  • Step 10: Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve warm.
