Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Brightens flavors.

Garnish

  • fresh cilantro or parsley For garnish.
  • wooden skewers Soaked in water for 30 minutes prior.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches in size.
  • 2. Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayenne pepper, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. Preheat the grill or oven: Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 4. Skewer the chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  • 5. Cook the skewers: Grill for 10-12 minutes or bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • 6. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • 7. Serve: Drizzle skewers with Bang Bang sauce or serve on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs.
