Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla 18-inch flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut-free alternative
  • 1 banana banana, peeled
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 kiwi kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Start by taking your 18-inch flour tortilla and laying it flat on a clean surface.
  • Next, grab your peanut butter and use a knife to spread a generous layer over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Now, take your banana, peel it, and place it on one end of the tortilla.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla over the banana, tucking it in as you go.
  • Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut the sushi roll into 1-inch rounds.
  • Now, take your packed lunch container. Place the sliced sushi rolls inside, arranging them neatly.
  • Next, wash your grapes and kiwi. Cut the kiwi into slices if you haven’t already.
  • Finally, close the lid of your lunch box and don’t forget to include an ice pack to keep everything fresh.
