- 1 tortilla 18-inch flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut-free alternative
- 1 banana banana, peeled
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 kiwi kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Start by taking your 18-inch flour tortilla and laying it flat on a clean surface.
Next, grab your peanut butter and use a knife to spread a generous layer over the entire surface of the tortilla.
Now, take your banana, peel it, and place it on one end of the tortilla.
Carefully roll the tortilla over the banana, tucking it in as you go.
Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut the sushi roll into 1-inch rounds.
Now, take your packed lunch container. Place the sliced sushi rolls inside, arranging them neatly.
Next, wash your grapes and kiwi. Cut the kiwi into slices if you haven’t already.
Finally, close the lid of your lunch box and don’t forget to include an ice pack to keep everything fresh.
